Subject: Notice of Personnel Change — Water Operator Update (Effective 05/13/2026)

Effective 05/13/2026, Adam Wintters is no longer employed as the water operator for Star Mountain WSC. Operations, monitoring, and regulatory responsibilities are being handled by CW Lively, a qualified replacement. There will be no interruption to water service or scheduled testing.
