Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. They are set by our Board of Directors and are in compliance with Star Mountain Water Supply's Tariff which has been filed with the Public Utility Commission. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.
Standard Residential Service Rates

Star Mountain Water begins reading meters on the next to the last business day of the month. Bills are mailed out on the 1st of each month and are due on the 15th of each month. Each account not paid by the 15th of the month will be charged a $5.00 late fee. Any unpaid account on the 21st will be charged a $12.50 collection fee and sent a disconnect notice. If any account is still unpaid at the next meter reading, the account will be locked and charged a $25.00 fee. Locked accounts are required to pay the full account balance including new charges before service will be restored.
