Subject: Notice of Personnel Change — Water Operator Update (Effective 05/13/2026)

May 13, 2026

Effective 05/13/2026, Adam Wintters is no longer employed as the water operator for Star Mountain WSC. Operations, monitoring, and regulatory responsibilities are being handled by CW Lively, a qualified replacement. There will be no interruption to water service or scheduled testing.

For any questions or billing inquiries, please contact Rita Cline, Office Manager, at 903-877-3096.

We take compliance and water safety seriously and will notify you of any further staffing updates as needed.
