Notice of Opportunity to Submit Application to Serve as a Director for Star Mountain Water Supply Corporation

Star Mountain Water Supply Corporation Annual Members Meeting and Directors Election will be held February 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 217 S. Main St. Winona, Tx. 75792.

Two Directors positions will be open. Members may request applications to run from the Corporation’s office at the above address between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. Monday -Friday, or by email at office@smwsc.com. Instructions for submitting applications will be with the form. The deadline for completed applications is December 27, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.

Members may also request that items be placed on the agenda of the Annual Members Meeting by contacting the office during regular business hours or sending an email no later than January 10, 2026.
